Rippling, USA came to us with the goal to open its first office in Bangalore. This project was fine-tuned for months with many design iterations and concepts. In the end, Rippling’s young and modern take on work culture became the driving force for the design concept.
A blend of art deco and modernism was used to execute this concept. With Rippling not needing an indication of hierarchy with desk spaces, we were able to create seamless transitions into different spaces. Their work culture also allowed for an open workstation plan with an ample amount of shared activities like phone booths, meeting rooms, conference rooms and more. The heart of this project however, lies in the Lobby and “All Hands” areas – centrally located within the office. The interiors here, strongly showcase the roots of the company.
All the shared spaces mirror Rippling’s style and values through brand colours, wallpapers and murals, sculptures, materials utilised and the use of “ripple” as a design element. Each space was envisioned to reflect the brand’s values.
