Sathyanarayan Residence

Located in the dense, quiet streets of Jayanagar, this project was filled with creative opportunities and challenges. Mr.Sathyanarayan came to us with the brief to build his home in a tight site of 40’ by 55’. He wanted simple and optimal spatial planning tied together with the right materials for a luxurious look and feel. The family also requested to have most of the shared spaces and rooms on the ground floor. 
We approached this project with a modern and minimal design. The façade perfectly emulates this design style with its simple yet classic front. While most spaces remained on the ground floor, we ensured that all the common areas had inbuilt connections. We also gave the building additional height to add grandeur to the elevation. This double height also acted as a unique link between the two floors.
